How Do I Know If My Order Was Processed and Shipped?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with NULAjewelry.com, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

At NULA, we are determined to get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. We strive to process all orders between 1-2 business days. Domestic orders take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method + destination. International orders take 4-15 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method + destination.

What Is The Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over $50. Otherwise, a $5 flat fee applies. Regular domestic shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive while expedited shipping typically arrives between 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please see chart below for international rates.

Do you ship international?

Yes, however international orders are subject to duties and taxes (when applicable). At this time NULA Jewelry does not assume responsibility for any additional fees that may be charged upon delivery. NULA Jewelry is not accountable for any delays at customs.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be in love with your jewelry – if you do not totally love it; you are welcome to return it within 14 days of ship date for a refund (less shipping). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt depending on the issuing bank. The merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original condition and original packaging with the invoice included. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, NULA Jewelry reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. If returning for merchandise credit, a NULA Jewelry store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items received. Please include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code.

Return instructions 

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return but we recommend you use a trackable and insured shipping method to guarantee delivery. Packaging protection (ie. bubble wrap) is preferred. We are not responsible for lost or empty parcels.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

NULA Jewelry accepts most major credit cards (including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express) and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Can I Check The Status of My Order?

You can check your order status by clicking “My Orders” under your account tab. You will also receive an email confirmation with the tracking details of your package – please make sure to check your spam folder as well!

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

At NULA, we want to make sure your order is processed quickly so you get it as soon as possible therefore we cannot guarantee that any changes or cancellations can be made once its submitted. Please email info@nulajewelry.com to submit any change request and we will review it as soon as possible. The subject box should include your order number and the words CHANGE / CANCEL.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, the sales tax depends on the tax rate of the destination state.
